Shipping days are Mondays-Tuesdays-Wednesdays weather permitting. We will contact you by phone and email and provide a USPS Overnight Tracking number to monitor your shipment. Note: USPS does not guarantee "Overnight" Delivery for Bird Shipments, it could arrive the 2nd day. We will notify you if this applies to your order. Our experience tells us birds will be fine if this applies to you.

Our Limited Guarantee
We guarantee the gender of each bird only within six months of the shipping date of your Ruby Roller order, if we get it wrong, we will be happy to replace the wrong gender for the correct one. All we ask is you return the bird in good health in the box you received it in and pay for shipping back to us, upon receiving the bird in good health, we will then provide the correct gender and pay shipping back to you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the age of the roller we send as a replacement.
